Project Objective:
The purpose of this platform is to empower affiliate marketers by giving them a clean, fast, and effective environment where they can connect, track, and grow. Our goal is to simplify affiliate marketing and help users scale results with less effort.
Problems & Pain Points:
Affiliate marketers often struggle with:
Overcomplicated dashboards and clunky platforms.
No clear or fast way to find partners.
Poor visibility into performance stats.
No engaging community features or real motivation to improve.
Lack of useful comparisons or tools to benchmark themselves against others.
Outdated UX with broken patterns, bad navigation, and no hierarchy.
After deep research, we noticed that most platforms were either too complex or simply boring. We needed to change that.
Process Highlights:
Design Thinking was our main approach.
First, we studied the affiliate marketing landscape.
Identified our main user base: marketers aged 18–40.
Built personas and mapped out their frustrations.
Sketched ideas, tested wireframes, and validated with real users.
Reworked UX for speed and simplicity.
Added features like leaderboard, stats comparison, and partner finder.
After validating the design, we moved to development — keeping users involved at every step.
