Objective:
The goal was to design a seamless and transparent order tracking experience that builds trust between customers and the platform. Users often feel uncertainty after completing a purchase, so the challenge was to create an interface that delivers clarity, reassurance, and convenience at every step of the delivery journey.

Key Design Features:

• Real-time map integration 🗺️ — customers can instantly see their package location and estimated delivery route.

• Delivery timeline 📋 — a structured view of each stage (tracking created, in transit, out for delivery, delivered).

• Order overview — compact yet detailed, showing multiple orders with clear statuses like Delivered, In-transit, or Pending.

• Quick actions 📞 — users can directly call the courier or access support without leaving the screen.

• Consistent visual language — clean icons, strong color coding, and minimalistic typography optimized for quick readability.

Workflow:
The process started with user flow mapping, identifying pain points in traditional tracking systems (lack of clarity, hidden details, no direct actions). Wireframes were created to simplify navigation, ensuring the user could move from "Orders" to "Order Details" with just one or two taps.

Next, high-fidelity designs were developed, focusing on trust-building elements such as progress bars, live map indicators, and detailed timestamps. The design was then brought into Framer prototypes to simulate real interactions like live updates, smooth transitions, and contact actions.

Result:
The final design delivers a compact yet powerful tracking system that enhances the post-purchase experience. Customers feel more confident and informed, while the platform gains credibility through transparency. By combining live maps, intuitive navigation, and clear delivery updates, the solution reduces user frustration and makes package tracking effortless and reassuring.
